If there is 0 or negative stars i would give a -2000 star to this. I ordered a pizza from lucan branch at 8:25 pm and i waited for almost 1 hour and then called to them they are not lifiting the call for every 1 hour i called them they are updating the order. After 2 long hours of waiting i got my pizza. Guess what, its cold and it become rock solid. Now i am heating that pizza in oven again. Leixlip branch is far better they respond to our call and rectify it immediately. Worst apache pizza branch ever🙏

I ordered on uber eats and i requested to please not knock as everyone is in work early in the morning and it is nearly 1am. Drivers dont even take the time to read the delivery notes as it says so on my receipt. He proceeded to spam the doorbell twice even though we asked for drop off and front room light was on so there was no need to spam the doorbell. I am very upset about this because it woke everyone up and everyone is annoyed at me. I am very unhappy with the service provided today.

Yesterday I ordered garlic bread along with pizzas, of which garlic breads were really salty taste! (Even the pizzas were bit salty but manageable)When contacted the Lucan village shop, the attendent apologized and gave the phone to manager. Surprisingly he turned out to be quite RUDE and demanded that they dont add salt and needed the pieces to be checked ie bring them back to the shop (really!). The mannerism of the manager was really out of this world in a RUDE way. Poor fellow did not know what salty is and tried to confuse me! Well, we've been ordering from this shop for that last 10+ years now. Time to say GOODBYE...very bad management! Additionally want to mention that they dont wear gloves while spreading the toppings...yuck! Ah well, my final comments to the shop ; fairly sure this would go in the dust bin and will be forgotten, BUT, I am just doing a fact check on the shop after 1 day of consumption. Good luck to those who are still subscribed to this joint...

Amazing halal pizzas packed with protein! They arrived hot, so a big thanks for the speedy delivery. Really enjoyable overall — will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered pizza and waited around 1 hour 30 minutes while the children kept waiting. When we called, the staff said they didn’t know the exact delivery time and told us they could cancel the order if we wanted. In the end, we cancelled the order. I would not recommend this place — very, very bad service.
